BTG co-organizor SUSFUELCAT Final Conference on 24 November 2016 “Aqueous phase reforming for hydrogen production: Optimising catalysts and materials”

Utilising biomass as a renewable energy source is an important step for reducing Europe‘s dependence on fossil fuels and decreasing greenhouse gases. Biomass can serve as a base material for energy carriers like hydrogen.
Innovative approaches to the efficient production of hydrogen and biofuel from biomass have been researched and discovered in EU research project „SusFuelCat“ (Sustainable Fuel production by aqueous phase reforming – understanding Catalysis and hydrothermal stability of carbon supported noble metals).
The SusFuelCat project is approaching completion and we invite you to join us at the SusFuelCat Final Conference, 24 November 2016 in Enschede (The Netherlands) in order to recapitulate and discuss the project’s results from different, interdisciplinary perspectives.
What you can expect:
• Keynote speeches by invited top-class lecturers on fundamental research, technical challenges and process optimization possibilities
• Presentations by SusFuelCat partners on key project findings and results
• A poster session zooming in on specific information and details
Participation is free of charge and open to all but registration is required. You will receive a confirmation of your registration.
Further information including an outline of the programme and information how to register can be found in the conference flyer and at the conference webpage
We are looking forward to welcoming you in Enschede!
